Facilitation & Engagement
Engagement is fundamental to our approach. Inquisitive by nature, we use a variety of methods to ask the right questions and to listen deeply. We are seasoned facilitators who listen, identifying challenges, gaps, and possibilities. Ultimately, we work alongside you to build consensus, solve problems, work creatively and effectively, and chart new paths. We support Boards of Directors, organizational leaders, teams, multi-sector collaborations, and community initiatives to work together creatively and collaboratively.
Strategic Communications
Sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say it. Arising Collective thinks strategically about how to frame and target precise communications for purpose-driven organizations. We assist with internal communications such as crisis and risk planning, assessments, and procedural tools and templates. We also support communications for external audiences including media, government, tool-kits, handbooks, and stakeholder relations.
